Let’s make magic happen!&nbsp;︎ Passenger Princess is an hour long sonic drift session filled with a blend of global club music: Hip Hop, UK Garage, D&amp;B, Jungle, K-Pop, Drill, Baile Funk, Techno, and a tinge of Acid Jazz. The audio-visual mix was filmed live at a drift track with breathtaking drone cinematography by @BonkerzFPV ︎ .&nbsp; To celebrate the global release on YouTube, I created an immersive Los Angeles watch party in collaboration with local brands and creatives, delivering a one-of-a-kind experience that blended car, global club music, and fashion culture called the Passenger Princess Experience.&nbsp; In collaboration with Tower28, Mayumi Goods, and Slow Jamz Gallery, activations included: Drift car meetupLimited edition garment collab with HoodwnkTest Drive, a live shopping experience of the garment alongside&nbsp;D1 StudiosHan/Suki lookalike contest hosted by Joon Lee ComedyY2K x Tokyo Drift afterparty with DJs GRACE KTOWN, Hoodwnk, Midi Riperton, Azure, Catch 24, and UK Grime headliner, Stooki Sound3 LA food vendors to support their businesses, in collaboration with Inclusive Action The Experience brought together diverse and dynamic creative communities, showing Production Print Following its 2021 acquisition and under new editor-in-chief Nikki Ogunnaike, Marie Claire reimagined its flagship Power Trip summit as Power Play—a nationwide platform designed to build hyper-local communities of influential women. In March 2024, the event came to life at the Santa Monica Proper Hotel, gathering 100 L.A.-based entrepreneurs and leaders for two days of panels, thought-leadership sessions, sponsor activations, and surprise-and-delight experiences. Presented by Merrell, the summit featured high-profile speakers including Courteney Cox, Sophia Bush, and Tina Knowles. As Art Director and Lead Designer, I partnered with the Executive Producer at CRONY to concept and deliver the brand experience within a one-month turnaround. I conceptualized and produced 100+ unique assets, including sub-branding systems for individual activations with supporting partners, while also contributing strategic input to strengthen the event identity. who looks to Kanye as creative inspiration, I was heartbroken to see how his year went from an inspiring documentary celebrating him as a creative genius to being cancelled for anti-semitism. In anticipation for the new Kanye West documentary, Netflix created buzz with an exclusive screening, star-studded after-party (with a performance by A$AP Rocky), and an immersive pop-up during Superbowl weekend. In supporting the Bankrobber’s team (led by Executive Producer Alison Flood), I extended the documentary’s branding into the activation’s logo and visual identity. This was applied to signage &amp; environmental graphics and print assets for the screening, after-party, and the pop-up experience. I also created to-scale (extra) large format signage mockups for production planning, designed various print needs for staff/back of house, and prepped all print files for print production. With over 142 million households viewing the series, which helped Netflix add 4.38 million new subscribers, Squid Game‘s cultural hold is undeniable. In the heart of Koreatown, Los Angeles on October 23, Netflix hosted a pop-up in collaboration with local business&nbsp;Love Hour and community Koreatown Run Club in the Love Hour parking area. There were players in track suits roaming around as they rested in bunk beds and prepared for a game of Red Light, Green Light. In another section, well-dressed men with briefcases played ddakji with players and handed out to winners a mysterious business card to obtain dalgona/ppopgi candy. Fans of the series were free to come and participate in the games and offered a variety of photo ops. Baecation //Case Study Branding Experiences Marketing Production CHALLENGE e.l.f. wanted to launch Beauty Shield, an all-new skincare line powered with antioxidants and SPF to help protect your skin against environmental aggressors. A2G provided the perfect testing ground. RESULTS As lead graphic designer at A2G (now a Duncan Channon company), I was responsible for developing the experience’s name, visual identity, and producing the environment experience for client e.l.f. Cosmetics' influencer trip to Coachella. The trip was created to promote their newproduct, Beauty Shield (a brand new skincare collection to protect and prevent against environmental aggressors). Summer festival season was fast approaching and what better place to showcase the product benefits than the harsh desert conditions of Coachella where there’s a thin line between hot and hot mess. Upon arrival, influencers checked into private units stocked with their favorite foods and e.l.f. products. Dinner that night was hosted by the VP of Brand, and the Global Artistic Director, who previewed Beauty Shield and gifted the yet-to launch products to our guests. Friday was spent poolside—and then the concert began. Room drops and personalized gifts were provided as surprise &amp; delight throughout. e.l.f. leveraged the weekend for PR meetings, social giveaways and a photo shoot for product and brand marketing assets that featured the influencers. Overall, the seasonally relevant conversation easily outperformed expectations for social reach and engagement on influencer and brand channels alike and received an exclusive in the Zoe Report with ChallengeFor the first six years, WORK, formerly known as Team Tassy, spent their time learning from our families, building the wrap-around service model that now lays the foundation for their accompaniment process, and also piloting job programs. They’ve made more than a few mistakes, and taken lessons learned to strengthen programs. This process also built muscles to move into the next chapter, to create, train, and place our families into dignified work.It’s important that WORK is able to accompany a family member all the way to the end. The Team has been mindful and deliberate about how to expand services so the resources that supporters donate are spent effectively. Working in small cohorts of families enabled WORK to do this while ensuring future sustainability. This philosophy guided them to their community model of moving one block at a time, accompanying families to dignified work fully and completely. SolutionFocus is key. After an arduous branding process with multiple designers, WORK turned to me to take the rebrand to the finish line. We created a holistic brand identity system and continued to drive the brand forward in support of fundraising goals through events, brand architecture, internal and external brand messaging/communications, and more.After a year of consulting, I joined the team full-time for 2 years to continue driving the brand visually and as a part of the Engagement Team (fundraising). During my time at WORK, we raised over a million dollars for our families in Haiti. Related Projects Run Across May PRIMARY WORDMARK The wordmark is designed to be bold and modular, representing the “building blocks” that WORK provides for their network of families. The lowercase “wor” is a call to Work’s simple vision and mission, always clear and actionable. INSIGHT Our 2020 Run Across Haiti® team have been training hard for this run for a year, and wanted to create an event for them to finish what they started. SOLUTION As an organization that believes in followthrough, we decided to create the Run Across May, a month-long virtual run that challenges runners to run 200 miles (the length of our original Run Across Haiti®) at home. We invited all of our supporters to do 200 of anything. It’s a pleasure to see people cater to their interests and inner child unapologetically. Through character development, cinematography, or pure mayhem of action or romance, we fall in love with films. With this project, we creating T-shirts of each other on it in a vintage rap tee style. The possibilities are endless, and actually collaborating was fun!
